All tools are pre-assembled, inspected, and tested in-store prior to sale. This ensures all tools purchased from us have been confirmed in good working order. Years of experience has shown this results in increased customer satisfaction as we rarely see returns do to faulty equipment.

Yes. Only in rare and or special circumstances will we considered not assembling, inspecting, or testing a tool prior to sale.

We have 10,000sqft of store space. It is 80% dedicated to tools. We stock almost all common woodworker and woodcarving tools. There're too many options to list. If it's a common tool we likely stock it. Call us to ensure prior to making the trip to be sure.
